In this role, you will identify, develop and manage employee communications programs, projects and processes from beginning to end, including oversight of the organization culture employee communications support, being culture champion and year-round engagement activities and coordinating indirect labor training related activities.

**JOB DUTIES:
- Generates ideas and solutions to support the company's culture engagement plan, including communications and events for new employees, and existing employees. This also includes writing stories, event management, managing to a strategic plan, executing, and planning deliverables,
measuring success and identifying new ways to enhance the culture.
- Manages the communication Plan, Communication process and other company-wide messages as needed.
- Manages the Event calendar, approving requests, monitoring security parameters, furniture set up and ensuring return to standard after each meeting.
- Supports webcast recordings, site all hands meetings and the full execution of the communication plan for Mexhon.
- Helps administer invoice payment processes for department activities.
- Supports all-employee events, including volunteer management, logistics support, etc.
- Manages the site calendar and ensures all location bulletin boards are up to date.
- Follow-up on monthly basis metrics regarding to training matrix compliance.
- Development annual Training Needs Assessment.
- Coordinate and implement courses related to Training and Development required by the local
- Training Annual Plan and other required by CORP or local authorities.
- Assure the data base integrity related to Development and Training process to comply with legal requirements and applicable certifications.
- Responsible of documented and present to proper authorities Training Programs as required. (DC2 - DC3 - DC4)
- Management of trainings materials, rooms and all related to Training resources.
- Management and coordinate the external training budget and resources.
- Administer Training share point, update, and follow-up.
- Coordinate annually update of Job Descriptions.
- Stablish Training Annual Plan working with Managers / Supervisors
- Follow - up to Training Annual plan on weekly basis (Metrics)
- Develop and follow up to training matrix for Direct and Indirect Labor
- Manage the AOP regarding to Training Needs.
- Coordinate and implement courses related to Training and Development required by the local
- Training Annual Plan and other required by CORP or local authorities.
- Evaluate the effectivity of training programs and propose improvement and recommendations.
- Assure the data base integrity related to Development and Training process to comply with legal requirements and applicable certifications.
- Integrate, coordinate, and document all related to (Training and Development Commission) Comisión Mixta de Capacitación, Adiestramiento y Productividad. Management of trainings materials, rooms and all related to Training resources.

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in related position Advanced English communication skills

- Some Human Resources experience
- Experience with a learning management system
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
