The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.Enter Responsibilities/Essential DutiesResponsible for ensuring employees throughout the site/region are trained in accordance with established level 1 and level 2 training matrices and as needs occur.Organize necessary group training for all level 1 and 2 training requirements within the required timeframe of hire and recurrence.Maintenance of group training records in LMS and on site.Deliver learning assignments in LMS as required and as revised.Update level 2 employee training groups through communication with managers.Communicate group and transcript reports of level 2 employee training records to site/region leaders.Train assigned training instructors on how to perform effective on-the-job group training on policy changes, policies, procedures, and technologies.Work with the Human Resources staff, other staff functions, management, and the workforce to assure effective training processes are followed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
