**Position Overview**
As a Customer Training Specialist, your primary objective is to guarantee an exceptional experience for our customers in every interaction with our suite of products and services. This includes ensuring a high-quality experience during the initial training post-sale and providing continuous coaching for users at all levels throughout their engagement with the client.
**Key Responsibilities**
Proficient in developing, overseeing, and presenting training sessions through online training tools.
Skilled in producing customer-oriented training videos.
Capable of providing training in various formats, including individual sessions, group sessions, webinars, and face-to-face interactions.
Able to seamlessly transition training interactions into potential lead generation opportunities when appropriate.
Emphasis on user education and promoting the adoption of products/services.
Willingness to occasionally travel for professional development, customer user workshops, or corporate meetings.
Familiarity with administrative processes.
**Required Experience/Skills**:
Customer-centric approach with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
1+ years of experience as training specialist
Advanced English level
Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills, coupled with high energy and the ability to be assertive while maintaining respect.
Resourceful, organized, and exhibits a professional demeanor.
Understanding and appreciation of change management aspects, emphasizing the drive for adoption and adherence.
Proficiency in an additional language, particularly Portuguese and French, at a professional level, is highly desirable.
