**OBJECTIVES**
- Suport in the planning and execution of the transformational programs in alignment with organizational priorities and timelines
- Govern and direct the project managers with the project planning activities including development of project charters, Project plans, Status reports etc
- Manage the Stakeholder communication through the Organizational Communication Management for the key initiatives explaining the role of the Business Units and ensuring their participation in achieving the outcomes.
- Foster strong relationship with the key stakeholders across the GDD&T and the DD&T Business Units
- Assist the Transformation lead with the management of the portfolio investments and platform health measured by Quality, Cost, Speed and Adoption
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the Transformation Lead with the execution of the major transformational programs related to the Datacenter Closures, Cloud Unification etc
- Suport in the planning and execution of the transformational programs in alignment with organizational priorities and timelines
- Develop the communication plan ensure that Stakeholder identification, roles and responsibilities and periodic program updates and process
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the Application roadmaps in the LeanIX and downstream Infrastructure relationship in the CMDB are maintained and remain current
- Ensure service delivery teams use approved GDD&T tools and methods when delivering services to customers.
- Support with the successful transition of the service from the incumbent Service provider to Cognizant under the BOTT program.
- Upon successful BOTT Transition, partner in driving the tranfromation to the Agile.DevOps Operating Model by working with the Service Delivery, Operations and Paltform teams.
- Ensure successful completion of the Datacenter Closure as per the approved plans
- Help in institutionalizing the performance measurement across the AIDE platforms using Quality, Cost, Speed and Adoption metrics
- Act as the first point of escalation for risks, action, issues and decisions for assigned strategic transformational programs
- Build and maintain strong relationship with the Stakeholders at all levels.
**EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in project and program management
- Experience with IT Business Relation role is a plus
- Proven experience with ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve the project goals
- Experience in managing vendor and 3rd party relationships
Preferred
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
