**Askarben Property Management** is a property management company; we currently manage over 1000 properties and pride ourselves on providing exceptional service.**Job Overview**:The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will assist our real estate agents by performing the administrative duties required during each stage of a transaction from contract to closing. Duties include:- Review contracts and paperwork for accuracy and compliance- Chase down paperwork from all parties.- Open escrow and order title.- Coordinate all eSigning per your requirements.- Introduce and coordinate with all parties.- Create a detailed closing checklist.- Handle and deliver all documents securely.- Schedule and coordinate inspections.- Monitor and manage insurance requirements.- Communicate progress and keep all parties on track Manage contingencies and key dates.- Order warranties and coordinate transfers.- Manage HOA requirements and transfers.- Ensure contract requirements are complete.- Monitor closing progress and provide updates.**Skills and qualifications**:- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency with a computer and basic programs- Previous experience in transaction coordination or real estate.**Technical Requirements for the position**:Computer with recent technology. Minimum requirements:- Intel i5 Processor or similar- 8 GB RAM- Webcam and Microphone/Headset (All day zoom meeting required)Good internet speed:- 20 Mb download- 5 Mb upload- Back up internet or plan if ther's an outage in your area.**APPLICATION PROCESS**- Send your resume in English in PDF format.
