The Transaction Coordinator must be able to relate to all types of people and must have critical thinking and decision-making skills. Organizational and customer service skills are imperative to this role as well. In this role, the Transaction Coordinator will work directly with the Resident Services Coordinator/Leasing Coordinator as a team. The Transaction Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and must be open to handling other related tasks assigned to him or her. The Transaction Coordinator shall comply with all rules, laws, and regulations set forth by the Department of Real Estate and not perform any activities that require a real estate license.**Job Roles**:- Fielding calls from leads and prospective tenants- Scheduling and coordinating showings- Screening Applications- Creating advertising content where necessary- Additional tasks as assigned, relevant to the position**IMPORTANT NOTE**:Pay: From $18,000.00 per month
