Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.**HOGARTH IS LOOKING FOR YOU!****Transcreation Account Manager.**Hogarth México is looking for a Transcreation Account Manager, to play a central role in the business and are pivotal to the smooth running of your account(s). You will need excellent linguistic skills, attention to detail, a thorough understanding of the Transcreation process and will support your team in delivering a world-class Transcreation service alongside other projects. You will require good communication, organization and time management skills.**We offer**: law benefits + additional benefits**Functions**:- Ensure your line manager is aware of your workload, issues and successes etc.- Escalate any issues to your line manager.- Provide detailed handover notes/briefings to ensure all work can be managed in your absence.- Ensure timesheets are submitted and completed on time and allocated to the correct accounts.- Respond to requests from senior management.- Liase with creative agencies to obtain master artwork files and report any delays to the Transcreation Team Leader- Liase with suppliers to obtain schedules, technical specifications and copy dates report.- Keep Transcreation Team Leader and Transcreation Director, updated on status of projects.- Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations.- Responsible for uploading reference materials to internal platform.- Helps organize, attends meetings (if required) and sends minutes to the internal team.- Provide administrative support to team, as required.- Highlight and escalate quality control issues.- Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followed.- Strive to improve client and stakeholder relations.- Support Transcreation Account Managers on any transcreation and localization projects.**Requirements**:- Bachelor on Linguistics, communications or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year in the translation industry, with specific experience in Project Management.- Knowledge of CAT tools- Advanced English - excellent command of spoken / written language (Interview will be done in English).LI-MH1 #HYBRID**Diversity and Inclusion**:**Hogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves
