We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transcriptionist to join our law firm business line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming detailed interview notes into compelling, persuasive client declarations that accurately and effectively communicate each client's unique narrative. This role is essential for ensuring our clients' voices are clearly heard and represented in legal documents. The position requires exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to translate complex, emotional stories into clear, impactful statements.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Client Declarations:
1. Transform detailed interview notes into persuasive,
client-centered declarations that support the legal strategy and highlight the client's story.
2. Ensure that the written narratives are cohesive, accurate, and aligned with legal standards.
Interview Notes Analysis:
1. Analyze, organize, and synthesize extensive interview notes provided by legal teams.
2. Identify and prioritize key elements of the client's story to effectively represent their experiences.
Collaboration with Legal Teams:
1. Work closely with attorneys and case managers to understand the objectives and nuances of each case.
2. Revise drafts based on feedback from the legal team to meet client and case requirements.
Maintaining Client Voice and Empathy:
1. Approach each declaration with sensitivity and empathy, ensuring the client's voice and perspective are authentically conveyed.
2. Handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
Editing and Proofreading:
1. Edit and proofread declarations for clarity, tone, and grammatical precision.
2. Maintain consistency in writing quality and adherence to firm-wide standards.
