**Responsibilities**:**Ecosystem: GBS Transformation PMO****Main Purpose**Global Business Services (GBS) organization has been established to provide efficient and effective services to PepsiCo businesses globally, for all sectors, with a great user experience.
To enable this purpose, ESM is implementing multiple technology platforms, including ServiceNow, as a service delivery platform across multiple business functions and ecosystem capabilities, as well as governing the foundational data, service standards and experience for service delivery.The GBS / ESM PMO lead will be the primary connection point between GBS and Function priorities, and the ESM team.
This role will work closely with other workstreams and areas including monitoring of work with functions (e.G., HR, Finance Planning, Sales, Marketing, Insights, IT, Control, Procurement), sectors, hubs, change management, consulting partners, and several key enabler workstreams (e.G., enabling HR, Finance).
**This role will be responsible for ensuring priorities and roadmaps are aligned across GBS teams, functions and sectors, and keeping stakeholders aware of the impact the ESM program will have on their roadmaps.
The role will also help manage interdependencies for the ESM program in light of GBS transformation and help drive the strategic ESM assessment and intake process for functions.
The role also will perform all project management responsibilities for broader GBS strategy and transformation portfolio and its interdependencies with ESM, including: executive status reporting, project plan, risk management, key decision documentation, and management of interdependencies.
