As a Transfer Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients. Your goal is to pre-qualify these potential clients and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to our specialist team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with professionalism.Engage in conversation to pre-qualify potential clients based on established criteria.Efficiently transfer qualified leads to the appropriate specialist team.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Fluent English (C1, C2 or Native).Basic understanding of the company's services and offerings.Requirements:Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proper workspace with no distraction.Laptop or Desktop (No tablets or Cell phones).Wired stable internet.Working Camera.Wired Headset.Schedule Availability.Benefits:Base pay ($125.00 a week).Attractive daily commissions.Weekly bonuses.Schedule:Monday to Friday.3:00 pm to 8:00 pm PST.
