1. Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures for work transfer projects. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the transfer process. 2. Project Management: Coordinate and manage all quality aspects of work transfer projects, Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion from a quality perspective. 3. Quality Planning and Control: Develop quality plans, visual aids and checklist for each work transfer project, outlining quality objectives, metrics, and processes. Establish quality control measures to monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and corrective action. 4. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate work transfer processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Implement process enhancements to streamline operations and enhance overall quality and efficiency. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth work transfers from a quality standpoint, coordinate activities and ensure alignment across departments to achieve project goals. 6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with work transfer projects from a quality perspective and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to ensure project success. 7. Quality Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members involved in work transfer activities, ensuring a thorough understanding of quality standards, processes, and expectations. Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement. 8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all work transfer activities, including project plans, quality assessments, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports to communicate quality trends, and key insights to stakeholders.
Experiência y requisitos
1. Two years in similar position prefered. 2. Experience on introduction of new products. 3. Technical knowledge on painting and welding. 4. Experience managing people. 5. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field. 6. Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. 7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute complex projects from initiation to completion. 8. Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, PFMAS, Control Plan).
