We invite you to join the Schneider Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement team, where the key function is to increase the productivity of the plant in labor and indirect materials through the correct application of the Lean and SPS Schneider Performance System methodologies, as well as the realization of improvement projects aligned with the strategy of the area; meeting the objectives of space, productivity, ergonomics and safety. Likewise, the Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement engineer promotes solutions that support the Smart Factory strategy.
What do you get to do in this position? Responsible for the Manufacturing Projects of a set of lines, where it provides the necessary elements to work safely, ergonomically and productively. Responsible for deploying Timeline (in Project software) and Lean methodologies in its lines: VSM, Line Architecture Design Methodology LADM, Material Providing Handling MPH, Six Sigma DMAIC, EPEI, Line Balancing, FMEA, Kaizen and MTM2. DOE Project management Responsible for monitoring efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE, QVE & COS Proyects. and to take actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line. Leader in planning, developing and executing projectors that improve the productivity of their production lines, through the implementation of SPS and Lean Methodologies. Knowledge in Project, Autocad, CAPEX, Productivity, SPS/Lean, Teamwork, Leadership Comply with ISO guidelines ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001, ISO 50001 and CTPAT. This job might be for you if: Experience in a manufacturing plant environment preferably automotive or metalworking Advanced use of Lean tools for at least a year and a half. Advanced level of English, mandatory; able to hold conversations with a high level of complexity Interpersonal skills
