**The Service Experience Team** is responsible for ensuring the 'effective delivery' of EUS services to our global customers and collaborators, including the AZ Language Service.
The Language Service Team supports the translation and language support of the business and bridges the language gaps across the enterprise.
Our brand-new Translation Technology platform empowers colleagues, stakeholders, and translation project managers across all functions to communicate, supervise and find major efficiencies in all cross-language activities.

**What you'll do**
- ** The role will work multi-functionally across teams of business partners, developers, offshore support teams, and vendors to successfully deliver continuous improvement and value.
This is an exciting opportunity to run and transform critical business services across AstraZeneca's global footprint.

- ** You will organize cross-business area groups of people to bring detailed changes into a forum on a weekly basis.
As part of running this process, you will look for improvements to the process and materials used, to put forward the recommendations and implement them where agreed.

- ** Following up on the Service Demand process and enabling stakeholder business functions to benefit from the full value of the technology.

- ** Ensuring that translation project Service Demands involving Desktop Publishing requirements are met, whether with own tools or through external suppliers at the highest quality standard.

- ** Analysing Translation Project demand and implementing the best strategy to bring the translation use case to completion.

- ** Supporting translation suppliers, and consultants, coordinate meetings and capture challenges, issues, and blockers and action them proactively or during planned calls.

- ** Point of liaison with vendor support organizations, such as our TMS and cognitive services (AI vendors).

**Essential for the role**
English Fluent
University Degree - Graphic Design or Linguistics desirable.
2 yoe Solid grasp of Translation Technology, Desktop Publishing, and Typesetting.

Having worked with translation Agencies
Management Systems as well as prior experience working in a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment, would be advantageous.
