**Our Exciting Opportunity**:Hub Americas is evolving, and we are looking for a guide Transport Planner. In this position you will lead international and domestic freight to ensure on time delivery to our customers and or Ericsson warehouses. You will work with multiple logistic service providers and internal/external customers. This is a high energy environment that promotes individual input in order to improve processes and ways of working**You will**:Setting up transportation in SAP from an Ericsson factory/warehouse to Ericsson or customer warehouse- Supervise shipment to ensure on time delivery- Ensure transportation/freight unit is closed out in SAP- Communicate transportation delays to stakeholders- Resolve any transportation issues- Attend Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with Logistic Service Providers (LSP)- Drive continuous improvements of processes and tools- Manage cost and metric reporting for LSPs and various transport lanes- Liaison with LSPs with regards to shipment tracking and performanceCoordinate with internal stakeholders from shipping and receiving locations for LSP performance**Analytical skills**:Good knowledge in Supply and/or experience in Distribution & Logistics industry**You will bring**:- Experience in international and domestic transportation- Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, & presentation)- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint- Good knowledge of mathematical and statistical analysis- Fundamental understanding of a comprehensive and a detailed view of the businessAbility to work in a fast paced and at times stressful environment**What´s in it for you?****Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of fearless decisions.
