**About this opportunity**:We are now looking for one Transport Support Engineer to join our great team located in Mexico City & Queretaro. In this role you'll provide technical service and support to our customers. Also you will fix and solve problems to stabilize customer networks. You will configure and troubleshoot different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and share your knowledge with teammates in the SDU Support Mexico.The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, Research & Development, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.In this opportunity you'll be able to develop new skills and learn continuously about our newest products and technology in our Global Company as Ericsson has presence within the World! Also you can enjoy working from home with our #LI-Hybrid work model!.**What you will do**:- Troubleshoot Customer's Network problems- Fault Detection & Isolation capability- Provide attention for emergencies (on call/Rotation)- Interact with global customers- Learn about Ericsson's & Industry newest products/solutions- Share your knowledge with other colleagues & customers**You will bring**:- Bachelor's degree on engineering related to telecommunications- Minimum years of experience: 3 years in the Telecommunications area- Proficiency in English & Spanish (Conversational/Written and Technical)- Experience with IP Routing/Switching, Microwave & Optical Networks- Experience in Customer Support & Managing Customer- Collaboration, Good Communication Skills, Coaching & Mentoring Skills**It would be a plus if you have**:- IP Certifications CISCO/Juniper- Knowledge of basic programming/scripting (LINUX)- End to End Network understanding**Why join Ericsson?**:At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
