**Transport & Trade Specialist - Temporary**:

Assisting the business function and/or Business Excellence Centers, as a Trade & Transportation Specialist, you will ensure that goods are shipped while meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. In this role you will maintain and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize product and material deliveries.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Preparing and updating the monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinating product delivery schedules with customers.
- Coordinating daily activities to track finished goods and raw materials, and rerouting freight to meet demand and minimize costs.
- Communicating status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate.
- Working with transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits, and preparing proper documentation.
- Aiding the development and implementation of improved processes and systems and maintaining the master data.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s degree in International Trade, Administration or related.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics and international transportation.
- Knowledge of Import and Export processes and the Custom legislations.
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Certification or knowledge in SAP, CT-PAT, OEA and VAT is desirable.
- Experience with some TMS (Transport Management Systems) is a plus.
- Intermediate English.
