POSITION OBJECTIVE

Support all inbound transportation to the Queretaro site for both divisions (Vehicles and Engines) mainly with our budget, providing the finance team with our 3 PL's and carrier invoices on time, for us to manage our forecast and expenses.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to management in achieving the Logistics goals.
Review the performance of the internal KPIs every month.
Receive and codify the logistics invoices.
Support our internal and external audits for the security programs of C-TPAT and OEA.
Support the operations related to the bill of lading complement.
Fill and maintain updated reports we share with the other departments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Performance of the 3 PL'S invoicing on time
Operation numbers due to bill of lading complement.
Cost avoidance // savings.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in international business, Business Administration, logistics engineering or related field.

**Experience**:
Min. 1 years' experience in similar positions.

**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
