POSITION OBJECTIVE

Support on second shift on appointments inbound transportation matters to BRP Querétaro site for both division (Vehicle and Engines) including contact with 3PL for any issue or change on appointment confirmations and direct contact with internal areas for any status on deliveries at Receiving area.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to management in achieving the Transportation goals.
- Follow up of the inbound appointment shipments, ensuring communication and traffic for operations managed by the direct suppliers, carriers and 3PL's, daily.
- Review the performance of the internal KPI's every month.
- Receive and follow any update on appointments confirmed.
- Follow up all urgent materials that were reported by planning and got an appointment confirmed, until the material arrives to BRP Queretaro site.
- Fill and maintain updated the reports that we share with the other departments
- Follow BRP values and behaviors
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
- Enforce Quality BRP.
- Generation of appointments according to daily volume allowed.
- Updating appointment information.
- Classify part numbers according to SAT specifications (ID, description, DG) for Complemento Carta Porte (CCP).
- Feed the ZV222 transaction database.
- Detect errors in transaction zv223 and follow up on them.
- Support the QRO and Juarez teams.
- Generate and/or provide continuity to CCP Wis.
- Keep updated on CCP changes.
- Review updates provided by the government on CCP issues.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in international business, Business Administration, logistics engineering or related field.

**Experience**:
Min. 2-3 years' experience in similar positions.

**Language**:
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
