Transportation Coordinator / Gd

We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.
**Responsibilities**:- Serves as a Point-Of-Contact between the warehouse, customer, and planner in administration of accounts.- Coordinates with carriers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery, and recovering loads when necessary.- Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders.
Including printing documents / POD's from the TMS, if required.

**Requirements**:**About you**:- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers- Ability to solve problems using analytical, practical, & critical thinking skills dealing with a variety of concrete variables.- Customer service experience.
