We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Juriquilla, Querétaro officeResponsibilities:Set daily, weekly and monthly tasks to follow-up on each pre and after breakdown and track resolution time frameAdjust physical damage claims including unreported damage claims and negotiates directly with insurance company adjusters, claimants, and third-party claimant representatives upon receipt of critical information.Discuss and report accidents, damages, preventability and processes with commercial vehicle operators to adjust full process.Answer calls from drivers who have a maintenance issue with their equipment.Selects, directs and manages vendor relationships including towing companies, body shops, garage and parking/storage yards to get accurate costs as needed in settlement of damagesUpdating and posting payments for repairs.Order police reports, Set-up new damages files, confirmation of loss to insurer & brokerCommunicate with the Claims team as well as the Safety/Compliance team (and others as necessary) on any relevant itemsLocate the appropriate vendor closest to the breakdown (search database and websites for repair facility) to ensure minimum wait time and quality repairs to minimize costMaintain contact with both the shops and vendors to ensure the repairs are completed in an orderly mannerCommunicate with Dispatch and Maintenance Departments, relaying maintenance information and timeline for resolutions and Track resolution time frames, making outbound calls to dispatch appropriate service to drivers/ owner operatorsCommunicate any service disruptions and route changes due to down equipment to dispatchMaintain contact with vendor(s) during repair to ensure specific requirements are being met and coordinate payment methods to vendors.RequirementsAssociates Degree in a relevant field, or 2 years of experience in trucking, damages or safety and compliance is preferred
