Join our KB Rail Mexico team in our next steps.JOB DESCRIPTION:ObjectiveSet up, manage, and align close relationships with rail transportation authorities, customers, and KB partners in Mexico to identify new projects and aftermarket opportunities for KB RVS North America to grow business in Mexico.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain close relationships with rail-related federal and local government authorities, associations, operators, and car builders.Seek information from governments, authorities, and associations about rail projects and related standards and specifications as well as guidance and expectations on KB products.Collect forecast information from transit and freight industries, such as the number of OE vehicles, aftermarket modernization, overhaul, and repair projects.Promote KB RVS solutions, products, and Acuna localization to government officials and customers to position KB as the first choice in the rail transportation industry.Align with KB stakeholders and partners in Mexico to win projects. Communicate with the KB NA sales and forecast/planning team for project-related information.Although not responsible for project execution, must stay abreast of project status and assist the project execution team with customer relations as needed.Provide feedback regarding customer satisfaction levels to the business units to make improvements as needed.Arrange and support KB NA senior management's visits to customers in Mexico, arrange and support Mexico customer visits to Acuna and KB NA facilities.Skills and CompetenciesBachelor's degree or above in engineering, science, or business.5+ years of working background in the Mexico rail transportation industry.Excellent Spanish and English language communication skills.International company working experience is preferred.Based in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara but willing to travel and work in other places subject to business requirements.Self-motivated, proactive work ethic, result-oriented, independent workmanship but strong team player.The employee will be required to build strong relationships with government authorities and customers in Mexico. The candidate is required for flexible working environments of home office, KB Acuna facility, and customer offices as needed
