Transportation Manager

Completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon Experience.- 3+ years of direct management experience.- 3+ years of experience in metrics analysis and transportation or distribution processes.- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment and take data backed decisions.- Flexibility to work weekends if needed to support the operation.- Fluent in both Spanish and English.- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Administration, Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, Industrial Engineer, or related.- Excellent business judgement, with a track record of generating ideas and solving problems independently.- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems.- Solid Finance background on budget and cost saving.- Strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated.- Interest in long-term career development in Logistics & Transportation.
