Likewise, this position is responsible for developing tools, operational and performance reports. Moreover, this position is responsible for leading projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the logistics operations function. Also, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining KPIs for the transportation function. Finally, this position is responsible for establishing a close working relationship with peers and managers of several functional organizations responsible for fulfilling customer orders.**Responsibilities**- Support key activities around selecting, negotiating, contracting and training transportation companies for F2C, Replenishment (Intra WH and in MH Plant)- Lead E2E transformation to leverage carrier expertise, capacity and synergies to fulfill business needs.- Lead Transportation Automatization process, implementing systems and tools to get traceability.- Develop tools and operational reports to support the decision making process in the transportation arena with the aim of balancing cost and service.- Control the spend on freight to customer and replenishment cost, to maintain its below the budget
