Transportation Network Design Program Manager

3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsKey job responsibilities- Ensure that you and the Team remain customer obsessed- Ensure that you and the Team take end-to-end ownership of... well... everything within your grasp- Strategic planning and forecasting to appraise performance and problem resolution- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard- Creating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers- Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences- Must plan and organize multiple stakeholders with multitasking teams to develop the best solutions for the network.- Analytical outputs based on data driven decisions are expected to impact the network.- Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
