No Relocation Assistance Offered 154089 - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**Summary**Provide transportation operations support through the execution of shipment consolidation, carrier / mode selection, tender, track / trace and issue resolution.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor System for new order activity- Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments for shipments in compliance with routing guide commitments- Communicate detailed shipment information to selected carriers (Tender Shipment)- Monitor response of carriers to tendered shipments- Take alternate action in the event of a carrier refusal- Track /trace existing orders through delivery- Proactively communicate service failures by carriers to affected internal customers (O2I, SNP, DC's, Plants)- Proactively resolve carrier service issues through determination and execution of alternative delivery method- Track and report carrier performance data to facilitate service level improvement, (ie; tender acceptance %, On-time Arrival / Delivery)- **.
