Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Transportation supervisor_ located_ in _Flex Juarez Norte._- Reporting to the _Customer Service Manager _this role will be Responsible for Responsible for Manage the Flex personnel transportation service, as well as the supervision operation of the customer who provides these services at Flex_What a typical day looks like:- _Ensure compliance with the contract between flex and the service provider._- _Service, attention and programming of special services._- _Review and validate the billing support sent by the supplier to capture the payment in the system._- _Raise PR in system._- _Follow up with the approvers to conclude the PR approvals in a timely manner._- _Send the received POs to the suppliers for invoicing._- _Analyze the population records in the units in order to optimize the service._- _Supervise compliance with the requirements of SH&E areas._- _Attend and follow up in an agile and timely manner to user reports, by phone or in person._- _Provide support to users in an agile and timely manner in their information requirements of the personnel transportation service._- _Schedule of weekend routes._- _Make weekly report to the bail area in order to inform the payments made._- _Realization, control and analysis of statistics of billing and occupation data._- _Validate the supplier's staff by shift and by areas, reporting bad practices within Flex and requesting personnel movements if necessary._- _Ask suppliers for the information we require to keep the metrics and review their update every month._- _Check units and operators randomly in the yard at shift change._- _Perform, document and modify documents and procedures._- _These activities are illustrative but not limiting._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _Previous exp. coordinating transportation_- _Contract experience_What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryHuman Resources
