We provide connectivity and managed services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 13,000 miles between both countries.We are eager to add an **Accounting Travel & Expense Specialist **to our team to help support our growth**!****The Role**:**The Location**:Based in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.**The Responsibilities**:- Processing of travel and related expense reports on a global expense reporting platform for multiple businesses.- Review general ledger accounts, cost centers & VAT.- Resolve any expense report discrepancies or issues with users.- Process employee reimbursements.- Reconciliation of expenses to credit cards.- Providing reports to businesses.**The Requirements**:- 2+ years of accounting experience.- 2+ years of experience working with expense reports.- Knowledge of Excel, with ability to work within basic spreadsheets, databases and systems.- Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new skills.- Attentive, ability to work independently and problem solving.- Prioritize tasks with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.- Strong work ethic with cooperative mindset.- Bilingual - English and Spanish.
