Experienced travel analyst that can work proactively to improve the NNA Travel Program.
Analyst must be a good communicator with a solid understanding of travel technology, change management and customer service with respect to corporate travel.
This role will require collaboration with both Travel Arrangers and Executive Management to engage, educate and elaborate on our travel initiatives in a positive and concise manner.
Analyst will work in conjunction with the Regional Travel Team to align all processes and service metrics as well as oversee travel management company (TMC).
**Responsibilities**:
Foremost ensuring the NNA Travel Program offers the most consistent and efficient travel services in compliance with NNA T&E policy Provides insight and develops initiatives to continually improve the Regionall Travel Team and the travel agency services on customer service and travel cost management Partners with key internal stakeholders to provide needed support on the travel program while also supporting the various business Ability to work strategically to improve online adoption, improve cost savings and efficiencies of the travel booking process Manages travel behavior through travel data and has strong insight to determine the best course of action to improve the travel program Fosters positive and deep partnerships with internal and external customers Supports Travel and supervisor Travel in launching initiatives and processes in the region Monitors SLAs for TMC and vendors and if needed, determine remediation plans

Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in tourism, travel or hospitality
Must have +2 years of experience in an administrative support role, SAP Concur system, or other related field
Must have +3 years administrative support function.
Knowledge of travel management processes.
Technical accounting and internal controls knowledge and experience.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with wide range internal and external clients.
Ability to successfully interact with program stakeholders (external vendors and regional, divisional, and executive leadership).
Excellent problem solving and research skills; and ability to deliver resolution and findings timely and clearly to impacted users.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage deadlines and deliverables.
Proficient knowledge of travel industry operations, IRS travel/fringe benefit guidelines, the expense reimbursement tool, and general understanding of overall travel and reimbursement procedures.
Ability to collaborate with IT and vendors regarding T&E system design, maintenance and functionality.
Ability to travel to provide training/support to various locations.
Language level
Fluid English, spoken and written.
Desirable Portuguese.
