Job DescriptionReady to help guests attend the most amazing destination wedding ever!? Our Travel Coordination team helps thousands of wedding guests each year plan their travel, accommodations, and logistics to ensure a smooth trip.

What will you do? You'll be the one helping wedding guests find their perfect flight, picturesque room, adventurous tours, and helping them plan their perfect getaway. You'll be there right from the beginning, providing a service that ensures they have a memorable wedding or group trip.
Here's what your day-to-day would look like: You're the frontline to many of our clients, the one they come to when they need room reservations, help, or suggestions.Answer clients' questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations for their travel arrangements in a polite, professional, timely, and friendly manner.Provide travel & activity recommendations based on your experiences and expertise of the region.Retain clients through follow-up emails, impeccable attention to detail, and providing unmatched customer service.Take charge, resolve conflict, and satisfy your customers.Use our computer reservations system to book and/or reserve accommodations, transportation, and excursions.RequirementsHave a deep understanding of Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and the Mayan Riviera region.Are eligible to work in Mexico.Have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Are tech-savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails.Are detail-oriented and have a knack for staying organized.Have an ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Be able to speak, write, and read fluent English and at least conversational Spanish.1-2 years in Customer Service and/or Sales role.Experience selling travel (e.g., Travel Agent) is a huge plus.Competitive base salary PLUS the ability to earn commissions, bonuses, and perks on top.Freebie nights issued by hotels and/or tour operators.Opportunities for career growth.Extensive training.(8) Paid Holidays each year + Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal time off.Paid Volunteer Time Off to spend giving back to a charitable cause of your choice.
