This role ensures travel policies are followed, facilitates cost-effective booking practices, and provides exceptional support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Arrange and confirm travel reservations, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related needs, ensuring compliance with company policies.Collaborate with team leaders and department managers to coordinate group travel and logistics.Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies and guidelines, including approved travel vendors and budget limits.Communicate travel policies and updates to employees.Maintain relationships with travel hotel vendors to secure competitive rates and preferred services.Monitor service quality and address issues as needed.Reconcile travel invoices and provide accurate expense reports to the finance department.Provide employees with travel itineraries and support in case of travel disruptions (e.G., cancellations, delays).Assist in resolving travel-related emergencies promptly and professionally.Prepare regular reports on travel activity, expenses, and trends for review by management.Qualifications:Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel management, or a related administrative role.Skills and Competencies:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in travel booking tools and systems (e.G., Concur, Airline websites).Ability to build strong relationships with employees and travel vendors.High level of professionalism and problem-solving skills
