**TRAVEL EXPENSE ACCOUNTING ANALYST**
Review and approve travel expenses, ensuring compliance with the travel expense policy.
Accounting and reconciliation of travel expenses.
**Key job functions**
- Review and approval of travel expenses in Concur.
- Posting / review travel expenses in accounting.
- Training of new hires in Concur platform.
- Analyze and reconciliation of Concur.
- Hotel reconciliations.
- AMEX reconciliation, monitoring balances of assigned credit cards.
- Assist with the payment to travel-related suppliers.
- Compliance review of travel expenses based on the established policy.
Follow-up with approvers on expenses outside the travel policy for correction and compliance with the policy.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- ERP (SAP)
- 3- 5 years of experience in the area.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Must)
