Travel Manager_**Job Description**:- Be the point of contact for questions about the global travel and expense policy.- Manage the relationship with Visteon's travel provider to ensure service levels are appropriate. Liaise between travel provider and Visteon employees if difficulties are encountered with travel services.- Manage the relationship with Visteon's expense reporting platform to ensure service levels are appropriate. Liaise between expense reporting and Visteon employees if difficulties are encountered with travel services.- Work with purchasing to ensure appropriate guidance is given to employees on using corporate cards as p-cards.- Coordinate with Treasury to ensure that corporate cards are set up and administered appropriately on a global basis.- Work with Chief Accounting Officer to determine the optimal structure for global travel and expense support. Supervise global team members, as appropriate.- Manage/update travel and expense-related documents on Sherlock.- Use available data to perform an analytical review of travel usage to identify trends, areas for cost savings, areas of non-compliance, etc. Present information, as appropriate.
