Travel Mobility Intern

**Objective of the position**

Support on coordination and administrative task support for the Travel Mobility / Company Cars area.
**Principal activities**
- Support to the travel coordination from/to Latin American sites and within Latin America.
- Support in coordinating drivers activities.
- Support to organize Transfers between Plants and Mobility Services in SLP.
- Communicate with internal and external areas as part of the task.
- Assure the availability of the generated information (reports) as a result of previous evaluation and analysis.
- Manage resources and area equipment.
**Requirements**:
**Professional career**: Bachelor's Degree Administration.
**Relevant experience**:

- Administration.
- Planning and management.
**English**: Intermediate Level.
**Technical knowledge**:

- Excel
- Power Point
- Manage efficiently agenda
- Good organization

**Principal observations**
- Union employees: 6 months of seniority and in the current job position at least.
- Non Union employees: 1 year of seniority and in the current job position at least.
