Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and travel needs.Design personalized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, activities, and additional services.Coordinate reservations and confirmations with service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel tips.Manage trip logistics, including ground transportation and any special client requests.Stay up to date on trends and news in the travel industry.Offer remote assistance during the trip to resolve problems and answer questions. Requirements: Previous experience in organizing trips or willingness to learn.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.Knowledge of online booking platforms and travel planning tools.Passion for travel and creating unique experiences.Connections with tourism industry suppliers is a plus.
