Would you like to be part of our team?Descripción del empleoNegotiates corporate rate agreements with hotels, handles all incoming international travel requests, and oversees reconciliation of monthly travel reporting to ensure accordance with H&M's Travel Policy.**Job Responsibility including but not limited to**:- Completes contract negotiations with all Hotels, and works with Travel Manager on Rental Car and airline contracts on a yearly basis- Serves as contact person for H&M's travel agency and assists agents in resolving escalated travel issues regarding bookings and cancellations.- Books all Hotel reservations and where applicable rental cars for H&M travelers coming to Mexico from all other countries- Oversees monthly charge backs to all H&M Countries for Hotel stays within Mexico- Oversees monthly reconciliation on selected travel costs and analyzes travel reports for any unusual variances- Answers employee calls regarding travel related questions, directions, etc.- Approves Conference and meeting rooms and group bookings at hotels for various departments.- Makes final decision new hotels for new store openings along with taxi services, as needed.- Creates fact sheets for every new store location- Books and reconciles all long term housing requests for stays in excess of 14 days.- Partners with Travel Manager to update Travel Policy as needed throughout the year- Serves as main contact person with accounting department on travel related billing issues- Ensures that Mexico employees have a clear understanding of H&M Travel Policies through creation of internal reference materials, constant communication initiatives and training documents**Financial Accountability**:- Negotiates corporate rate agreements for hotels**Requisitos**:- At least 3-5 years experience in Travel related field- Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel a Must.- Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff- ** Advanced level of English****Competencies**:- Excellent organizational skills- Strong sense of Customer Service for internal and external clients- Must have up-to date knowledge and understanding of H&M Travel Policies and procedures
