Working closely with the team guide, you will be accountable for removing, replacing, and cleaning hardware on various Honeywell line sorter types.Your expertise will contribute to the inventory management, staging, and movement of hardware throughout a distribution center to facilitate the rebuild process. Additionally, you will ensure a professional installation appearance through cleanup efforts.You will be required to work mostly weekends within a constrained timeline, where success is measured by completing the rebuild within customer-provided downtime windows. You will report directly to our team guide and you will reside in any of the lower 48 states in the US. Your time off work will usually fall on mid-week.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical rebuilds of Honeywell Intelligrated line sortation equipmentCarry out mechanical modifications and parts replacement on industrial machineryManually move hardware and tools to and from the job siteAssist with inventory management and staging of hardwareResearch, read, and analyze existing equipment documentation, including layout drawings, plan views, and electrical schematicsCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, the implementation team, and other subject matter expertsMechanically remove and install hardware as directedFacilitate the cleaning of customer equipment involved in the rebuildEnsure the work area is clean and presents a professional appearancePrioritize safety in all job-related effortsTravel 90% of the time, primarily during weekends.Complete travel related bookings via Concur and submit expense reports in a timely mannerCOMPENSATION OVERVIEWThe annual base salary range for this position is $53,000-$80,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
