If you thrive on tackling complex accounting challenges and delivering high-quality financial reporting, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesEnd to end management of the global accounting close process including ownership of the monthly consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cashflow statement.Manage the IFRS 15 revenue recognition process in conjunction with the senior revenue accountant.Act as the primary liaison with auditors for the global consolidated audit.Manage the global balance sheet reconciliation completion and review process.Oversee error-free accounting entries and assist in preparing accounting policy documentation to enhance internal controls.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on key business transactions, including debt financing, R&D capitalization, commission reporting, and revenue recognition.Management of the R&D capitalization process with overseas subsidiaries in Israel and China.Manage the global intercompany matrix and reconciliation process.Drive improvements to accounting systems, procedures, and department goal-setting processes.Minimum QualificationsProfessional qualification in IFRS (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).10+ years of post-qualified experience, ideally within a Big 4 audit firm or in a senior financial reporting role.Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and technical accounting topics.Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across departments and with external stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.Experience in managing internal controls and compliance monitoring.Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.Fluency in English, both spoken & written.Trax is committed to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where all team members, whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or disability, feel valued and respected.
