Treasury Manager

Job Description The Treasury Manager will oversee financial resources, ensure liquidity, manage bank accounts, and develop financial strategies to promote sustainable growth and economic stability.

Job Conditions Salary: $35,000 MXN + negotiable based on experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Benefits: Legal and additional benefits. Key Responsibilities Treasury Management: Supervise liquidity, manage banking relationships, develop financial strategies, and oversee risk management. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and analysis for strategic decisions. Leadership: Lead the accounting team and optimize financial ERP systems (ENKONTROL preferred). Compliance: Ensure adherence to NIF, US GAAP, IFRS standards, and tax obligations. Strategic Relationships: Maintain investor relations and provide strategic financial advice. Requirements Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Experience: 3 years in Treasury, Finance, or related fields. Technical Skills: Knowledge of NIF, US GAAP/IFRS, and ERP systems. Preferred: Experience in international banking or Fintech. Soft Skills: Leadership, time management, teamwork, adaptability, and analytical thinking. Language: Intermediate/advanced English (written and spoken). Seniority level Mid-Senior level
