The role of the treasurer is managing an organization's financial aspects, including risk management, cash management, investment decisions, and financial planning. The position should have a strong understanding of financial legislation, market trends, and financial management software. The treasurer primary responsibilities are assessing, reviewing, and protecting company financial well-being, ensuring cash flow is adequate, anticipating the company's borrowing needs, including risk management, cash management, investment decisions, and financial planning. Maintain all domestic and foreign banking relationships. Preparing financial reports. The entities under the scope of the treasurer are México, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
**Your Mission**:
- Manage the 5 entities cash flow and liquidity, ensuring that the company always has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
- Monitor and manage the company's debt portfolio, including interest rate and currency risks.
- Manage relationships with banks, central treasury, and other financial service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Serve as the primary advisor for driving decisions into the liquidity position of operating entities.
- Oversee forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment.
- Manage the transformation towards globally integrated treasury operations.
- Enhance and manage the regional and corporate direct cash flow forecasting process.
- Develop appropriate reporting and modelling capabilities required to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting.
- Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the currency and interest rates on the company's cash flows and borrowings, as applicable.
- Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.
- Manage FX and interest-rate risk.
- Report to central all treasury operations.
- Develop and enforce strong internal controls, effective security measures and financial management policies.
- Ensure the correct booking of treasury operation in SAP.
- Manage and maintain bank portals.
- Obtain and upload payment vouchers to suppliers.

Qualifications:
