Reporting to the Shared Service Manager, you as a Treasury Supervisor for Littelfuse Mexico will be responsible for managing and overseeing cash flow forecasting for all Littelfuse Mexico Entities, liquidity, funding, and relationships with Mexico Financial Institutes. About the job: Administer all bank accounts, US, Maquiladora & Non – Maquiladora Entities, including new accounts, new signers, and maintain clear records internally.Monitor & manage bank reconciliations and liquidity management for US and Mexican bank accounts.Cash management for Maquiladora and Non – Maquiladora legal entities.Work closely with the business to minimize financial risk.Review funding needs and provide monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management.Analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities.Manage treasury operations and controls (cash pooling).Manage banking relationships and oversee KYC process.Drive treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region.Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.Control intercompany transactions within US & Mexican entities.Daily cash management.Support month-end closing with banks & accounts reconciliations.Review & maintain Kyriba and other data compliance information.Manage payable cash flow for different legal entities.Location: Hybrid, Matehuala SLP, Piedras Negras Coahuila, Matamoros Tamaulipas. About you: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.Bilingual.Experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments.Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.3+ years of experience with manufacturing companies in positions with responsibility in areas such as accounting, accounts payable, treasury & accounts receivable.Well understanding of Mexico tax law and cash regulations, including local compliance.Advanced business degree.SAP CO, MM, and PP experience.Strategic acumen - ability to consider the big picture and understand business on a global scale.Analytical skills and critical decision-making skills
