**Responsibilities**
- Monitor, evaluate, and document team performance.
Provide feedback and training to improve productivity.
- Keep track of team attendance and submit records to Human Resources as required.
- Ensure adequate department coverage, including reviewing and approving leave requests.
Make sure employees

- Create and coordinate development activities and incentives to motivate the team.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing the team.
- Provide feedback and support for disciplinary actions or terminations according to company guidelines.
- Help analyze unusual or high-risk transactions as escalated by the team.
- Promote quality service by following established customer service standards.
- Stay updated with AML/BSA record-keeping requirements.
- Inform the supervisor about significant events that could impact daily operations.
- Offer recommendations for department and team needs and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor or department manager.

**Qualifications**
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and security with provided information.
- Experience in customer service over the phone.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 2 days off during the week.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- Teamwork skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
