You will also provide specific services to all TRICARE eligible beneficiaries including customer support and assistance, beneficiary education, assistance in claims, appeals and grievances processing and healthcare support services designed to assist DHA in operating an integrated healthcare delivery system for all eligible beneficiaries overseas
