**Trilingual Customer Service Associate - Portuguese/English/Spanish speaker**
In this position, you will focus on resolving complex requests submitted by hotels and internal teams, while also supporting the onboarding process of new hotel partners and maintaining accurate property descriptions.
Dedicated and conscientious when dealing with partners and travelers, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the best possible resolution.
**What you'll do**:
- Respond to inquiries or requests regarding content, promotions, room type configuration and inventory management, among others, including making outbound calls to partners to resolve current and future issues
- Assist partners onboarding their property on the platform.
Ensure that the product is complete and accurate, including room types, rate plans, availability & inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams to respond to critical and elaborate hotel partner issues
- Handle financial transaction support (including disputes, payouts, tax questions, etc.)
to partners across multiple account models when required
- Proactively call out systemic issues and process gaps to leads/seniors in order to help build and update products
- Promote valuable services such as assisting hotel partners to self-serve
- Perform additional tasks associated with test & learns, content or process improvement as assigned
**Who you are**:
- Full proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- 1 year+ Customer Service experience, hotel/travel-industry experience will be a plus
- Tech savvy and analytical
- Familiar with accounting terms and further financial operations will be an asset
- Strong ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes and systems quickly
