**Role + Responsibilities**TriNova, a representative of Endress+Hauser, is looking for an an Account Manager for their Gonzales, LA area. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling of service and training as a product and a solution for our current and potential customers. You will be a consulting business partner to customers in order to determine current and future needs. You will understand our customers' business, their decision-making process, market needs and trends, and the competitive situation.- Develop in depth understanding and knowledge of the market, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to effectively manage the customer base and obtain orders, implementing effective sales strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with customers- Perform follow up calls of completed service jobs to expand our service and training offerings with existing customers and initialize cold calls for TriNova accounts to identify potential sales opportunities- Generate professional, consistent, and effective reporting needed throughout all aspects of the sales process to be shared with appropriate TriNova personnel- Understand the proposal process and sporadically generate proposals on an as-need basis- Collaborate with and work in a team-based sales/service and training environment that favors a targeted, tactical sales approach and collaborate with the marketing avenues to expand brand presence through marketing materials, customer events, etc. that effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.**Qualification + Profile**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, Marketing, or related fieldOR a minimum 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience- High attention to detail, organizational, consultative, negotiation, analytical, problem solving and customer service skills- Strong organization, communication, presentation, apptitude, product knowledge, prioritization, and time management skills- Must be proactive, high energy, a positive team player who is adaptable, flexible, and willing to take on new challenges and risks on a continual basis- A strong desire to learn and understand business issues in a dynamic company- Local travel required**Benefits + Perks**- Base salary + commission- Comprehensive healthcare for you and your dependents- Retirement savings plans with company matching- Generous paid time off and holidays- Employer paid life insurance- Vehicle allowance, laptop, smartphone, and expense account- Ongoing training and professional development
