Our client, a well known and established company specialized in consumer insights market research operating fully remote across the world is now seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team in Mexico as a Contractor.
About the role: This role will report to our clients Lead Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting the project managers with assigned tasks for their projects, which include project programming, and administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to, document and information distribution, communication support, and quality assurance. As this is a new role for the company, the nature of this role will evolve with the needs of the business. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys adopting a detail-oriented and communicative approach to project management as well as the opportunity to further develop their experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
Program activity sessions for projects into our market research platformReview and test project programming to ensure flawless setupMonitor recruitment video sessions of potential project participants to verify that screening criteria is metTrack the completion of and quality of English voice-over audio of video activity sessionsOther administrative/operational tasks such as maintaining project-related documentation in the companys intranet, managing the ordering of human transcriptions, monitoring the use of project related devices by participants, raising research platform issues with the development team, supporting and monitoring product or shipping requests Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Market Research, Marketing or a related field1-2 years experience in a market research role at a CPG company or on the MR supplier sideDeep expertise in market research methodologies and industry terminology is a must-have skillProfessional fluency in EnglishIntrinsically motivated to proactively identify solutions and process improvementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills combined with a growth mindset and a genuine curiosity to learnAccustomed to working efficiently and autonomouslyMultitasker who can oversee multiple competing priorities and consistently meet deadlinesOperates with a high level of accountability and genuine care in ensuring ultimate success for all projectsExcellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ClickUp or other online project management toolsWilling to be flexible in an ever-evolving startup environmentAffinity for technologyExperience in the market research industry is a strong plusThis position will be hired as an independent contractor.This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in and legally authorized to work in Mexico and committed to working during CST business hours.
