Join a winning team in a growing global organization.Our TTI Latin America Accounting Manager will do:Responsible for the Accounting Team's performance to ensure integrity of accounting data and to detect anomalies for further research.Ensures the optimal operation of the department's processes and procedures by developing annual goals to improve efficiencies.Develops, trains, and manages a productive accounting team. Responsible for hiring qualified people, providing effective training and development, utilizing effective communication and motivational techniques.Install, maintain internal control / processes.Take charge of IMMEX / VAT.Accounting look to join the Oracle system based in Texas (GAAP + Statutory).Organize / Lead the Mexico Finance function.Profitability give ideas on how to improve profit both gross margin and operating profit.What we look for:5 years in the area of auditing or accounting and having managed staff under his charge.Certified Public Accountant, master's degree or postgraduate.Intermediate-advanced level of Excel.English language proficiency.Use of the Contpaq system and other ERP systems.Skills and certifications:Preparation of financial statements under NIF-Mex GAAP.Preparation and review of accounting, ensuring that the Company's financial information is presented correctly.VAT returns, internal audit attention.General knowledge of taxes (monthly provisional payments and annual declarations).Experience in process improvement and implementation of internal controls.Responsible, organized, focused on meeting deadlines, teamwork, committed.Experience in requests for balances in favor with the tax authorities (SAT).General tax knowledge.Ability to work well under pressure and meet required deadlines.Solid decision-making skills including ability to analyze impact of decisions before execution.Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast paced, high transaction environment with strong organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Strong mathematic ability including the performance of basic math calculations including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and ratios.Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.Exhibits a strong customer service focus with a strong sense of urgency in responding to internal customer needs
