**ABOUT THE JOB**:
- Know how to transmit good and reliable service to the customer.
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Meet sales goals month by month.
- Give correct information and excellent customer service.
- Provide first-hand assistance and guidance to the guests.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Responsible, orderly resolute capacity, availability, customer service.
- Be leader and be able to make decisions at the right time and in the same way make responsible for them decisions.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills in English and Spanish (French or additional languages will be an advantage)
- Knowledge in product of excursions, hospitality, various services, transport, and destinations.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel).
- Ready to work in a team.
**ABOUT OUR OFFER**:
- A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at $192,000.00 MXN gross/year.
- 16 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day)
