ABOUT THE JOB
Know how to transmit good and reliable service to the customer.
Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
Meet sales goals month by month.
Give correct information and excellent customer service.
Provide first-hand assistance and guidance to the guests.
ABOUT YOU
Responsible, orderly resolute capacity, availability, customer service.
Be leader and be able to make decisions at the right time and in the same way make responsible for them decisions.
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills in English and Spanish (French or additional languages will be an advantage)
Knowledge in product of excursions, hospitality, various services, transport, and destinations.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel).
Ready to work in a team.
ABOUT OUR OFFER
A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at $192,000.00 MXN gross/year.
16 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day)
