Other languages would be advantageous to service the source markets and destination teams in the local language when possible.Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.A talented team player with the ability to work remotely and who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career while spreading smiles across the globe.ABOUT THE JOB Manage the generic OSH email mailbox, responding to, following up on, and handling all associated messages, including those related to legal claims, legal recoveries, reclaims, and complaints.Handle all JIRA tickets, including requests for system access, money wallet management, and other OSH-related topics.Handle incident management cases by taking actions as requested by the source market.Coordinate with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business to address post-holiday complaints and legal claims.Assist with similar administrative tasks from other business units.From a workplace to a place to belong.
