KEM Energía Constructora is a company dedicated to providing construction services.KEM Energía Constructora is a subsidiary of one of the largest and most respected engineering and construction organizations in North America.KEM Energía Constructora offers construction services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.The Turnover Coordinator will monitor the project schedule to ensure the TO process construction turnover dates and startup milestones are maintained and updated.Meeting the TO dates and achieving the TO % complete goals is essential to the success of the process.Lead all walkdowns and taking down detailed work-list/punch-list items and maintaining and executing the Turnover Program on the project.This individual should have good technical experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical.The Turnover Coordinator will directly report to the Project Engineer.It is essential that the Turnover coordinator supports CMs and Startup Manager to consistently accelerate and constantly push the team forward to ensure the project deadlines and milestones are met.Responsibilities Lead all assigned Walkdowns and take down Work List/Punch List items on Walkdowns.Attend Weekly Work List Meeting.Verify the Mechanical and Electrical Scope of the TO Books for building the Walkdown Books.Verify the Vendor Drawings' Scoping.Help update the Status of Project Work List/Punch List items.Manage Turnover Documentation / Quality Dossiers (vendor and construction) Assist with Review of Turnover Books prior to Startup Turnover.Assist with developing and distributing weekly turnover reports.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or other Engineering related fields.Previous experience in construction or engineering, preferably as a Turnover Coordinator role.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems and equipment.Proficiency in reading P&IDs, Single Line Diagrams, Cable Schedules and other relevant design documents.Experience combines cycle power plants desired Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to construction operations work schedule needs.Strong problem-solving, decision-making abilities and organized Experience dealing with database systems to keep record of documentation Benefits Vacation days, Christmas bonus, and vacation bonus above the law standard Savings fund Food vouchers Social security Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (Vacation & Public Holidays) Training & development Wellness Resources (Medical appointments at a preferential price and discounts in drugstores and stores)
